About the Role
Reporting to Head Office, the Park Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, performance and guest experience of Echo Holiday Parks – Renmark. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to influence the Park’s broader business strategy, drive operational improvements and identify opportunities to enhance performance, profitability and the guest experience. You will lead a small team, oversee financial and operational outcomes, and work closely with Head Office to support the continued success and development of the park.
Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Park
- Deliver a consistently high standard of guest experience and service
- Lead, support and develop the Park team, including rostering and performance
- Manage Park budgets, expenditure and financial performance
- Monitor revenue, costs and operational reporting to identify opportunities
- Oversee Park presentation, facilities, maintenance and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS and relevant legislation
- Build robust relationships with guests, contractors and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, occupancy, revenue and profitability
- Work collaboratively with Head Office on business strategy and Park development
- Contribute to marketing, promotional and business improvement initiatives
- Provide recommendations on redevelopment, capital expenditure and future opportunities
