Permanent Educator | Fernvale

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated and reliable Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning Fernvale.

In this role, you’ll support children across their learning and development, creating engaging, play-based experiences where they can build confidence, explore their interests and feel a strong sense of belonging.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to daily routines and learning experiences, and work alongside a supportive team within our close-knit, community-focused centre.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Support engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Create safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environments
- Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to observations, planning and documentation




- Work collaboratively with educators and the Centre Leadership Team
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and care

About You

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Completed National Child Safety Training
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Warm, caring and relationship-focused approach
- Reliable, positive and team-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
