Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators for ongoing opportunities across cold storage facilities in Western Sydney.
Pay Rate: Starting from $35+ per hour upto $47, depending on the role and shift
Roster: Monday to Friday - Ongoing opportunities
Industry: Cold Storage / Food Distribution
These roles involve working within freezer and chiller environments, operating forklifts and assisting with general warehouse duties. Successful applicants must be comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments and able to meet the physical demands of cold storage operations.
To be considered for these opportunities, you must:
- Hold a valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF)
- Have proven experience operating Counterbalance forklifts and/ or High Reach forklifts
- Have previous warehouse or forklift operating experience
- Be comfortable working in freezer and/or chiller environments
- Hold unlimited working rights in Australia
- Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Be reliable and committed to ongoing Monday to Friday work
- Be willing to complete any required Police Check and Drug & Alcohol Testing
- Have a solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Ongoing Opportunities

Opportunities may be available across AM, PM and Night shifts, with pay rates varying depending on the position, shift and site.
