Our client is an established healthcare organisation specialising in the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products. Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, their warehouse operates within a quality-focused and regulated distribution workplace, supporting the timely supply of healthcare products to customers.

About the opportunity

An opportunity is available for a Warehouse Assistant to join the team for a 6-month casual assignment, with potential to extend. You will primarily support the team with picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, along with general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active and takes pride in accuracy.

Duties

- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare goods for dispatch
- Support receiving and check incoming stock
- Complete stock rotation and checks




- Maintain accurate warehouse records
- Work within temperature-controlled areas
- Perform manual handling up to 15kg
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse
- Follow safety and quality procedures

Skills and Experience

- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical, medical device or wider healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail is a must have
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet most of the day
- Ability to commit to a casual assignment and immediate start
- Good communicator and team player
