The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Attendant who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service and expertly crafted beverages.

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service that creates memorable guest experiences.
- Prepare and serve a range of premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages.
- Build genuine guest connections through friendly, confident, and professional service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across all bar areas.
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced hotel setting.
- Hold a current RSA Certificate and demonstrate a commitment to responsible service practices.

Talent Profile





A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience in a busy bar environment, with cocktail and coffee knowledge highly regarded. Outstanding communication skills and a professional, polished presentation. A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering service excellence. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative when required. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
