Job Description

- Develop strong knowledge of FactSet products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
n
- Build trusted client relationships and understand business goals, challenges, and priorities
n
- Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
n
- Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
n
- Improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
n
- Identify opportunities supporting client retention and growth
n
- Manage multiple priorities and client issues through resolution
n
- Share client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements
n
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and experience
n
- Work with leading financial institutions, including investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers

Requirements

n

n
- Australian Citizen, Australia PR, or New Zealand Citizen
n
- 2–4 years of working experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field
n
- Bachelor's degree; Finance, Economics, and Accounting majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered
n
