Bright Vision Consulting is seeking experienced ICT Program Managers for a Federal Government opportunity based in Canberra.

n

These are senior leadership roles responsible for the oversight and delivery of complex ICT programs across areas including Data and AI, Enterprise Applications and digital service delivery.

n

The successful candidates will provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, manage program interdependencies and ensure successful delivery against agreed business outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and oversee multiple complex ICT projects within a broader program of work.
n
- Manage program interdependencies, priorities, risks, issues, milestones and dependencies.
n
- Maintain strategic oversight of program scope, schedules, costs, resources and expected benefits.
n
- Provide monthly program reporting covering financials, milestones, achievements, risks and issues.
n
- Support and guide Project Managers through governance and delivery processes.
n
- Ensure projects comply with established ICT governance frameworks, standards and practices.
n
- Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to resolve complex delivery issues.
n
- Support Agile and iterative delivery approaches where appropriate.
n
- Coordinate program resources and organisational change activities.
n
- Prepare high-quality executive briefs, dashboards, reports and program communications.
n
- Lead,



mentor and coach project teams and delivery staff.
n
- Manage vendor relationships and support delivery across internal and external teams.
n

Essential Skills and Experience

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex ICT projects of varying size and complexity.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large ICT programs.
n
- Strong experience working within complex ICT environments.
n
- Experience applying different delivery methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
n
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive executive-level material.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and/or coaching staff.
n
- Strong program governance, risk, financial and delivery management capabilities.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Experience working within complex global ICT environments.
n
- Knowledge of Australian Government security, privacy, records management, procurement and governance requirements.
n
- Understanding of the PSPF, ISM and Essential Eight.
n
- Experience across related areas such as business analysis, systems analysis, organisational change management, software testing, applications or infrastructure delivery.
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Current active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance - mandatory.
n
- Must be available to work onsite in Canberra 5 days per week.
n

n
