- Performance Test Analyst & Penetration Tester
- Location: Canberra (On-site)
- NV1/NV2 Clearance Required
- 3-Year Contract 2 x 12-Month Extension Options

If you're an experienced testing professional looking to work on complex enterprise-scale ICT environments, we have multiple opportunities available for skilled Performance Test Analysts and Penetration Testers supporting a major Federal Government department. These roles sit within a centralised Testing as a Service capability, delivering quality assurance, security and testing outcomes across critical systems, applications and platforms

Performance Testing Requirements

- ISTQB Foundation Certification (or higher)
- Experience in performance, load, stress, endurance/soak, scalability and volume testing
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling or BlazeMeter
- Ability to develop performance test strategies, workload models and test scenarios
- Experience analysing performance results, identifying bottlenecks and providing optimisation recommendations
- Experience testing web applications, APIs and enterprise systems
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
- Scripting experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Penetration Testing Requirements

- Relevant security certification such as OSCP, CREST, GPEN, GWAPT, CEH, PenTest or equivalent experience




- Experience conducting authorised penetration testing within enterprise ICT environments
- Robust understanding of OWASP Top 10, API security risks and common application security vulnerabilities
- Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit and Kali Linux
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Ability to produce clear security reports and provide practical remediation advice
- Experience managing vulnerabilities and findings through tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
