As a People Experience Manager, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to Wholesale, Enterprise & Government by partnering with the General Managers and senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enable our people to be clear, capable and connected. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement people strategies to support your business group performance.
- Actively participate in the business group leadership team, performing a people leadership role by:
- Provide strategic people leadership advice to the General Manager and Senior Leaders of your business group and to continuously enhance people and business results.
- Proactively influence, coach and challenge all people related activity.
- Shape & influence the delivery of the people strategy through business leaders.

- Provide regular feedback to leaders within the business unit to ensure ongoing self-awareness and continuous improvement.
- Support the facilitation of HR training programs including those for compliance and effective people practices where required.
- Oversee all aspects of operational HR within the business group and working closely with People Experience Partnering teams and leaders to ensure high-quality and effective people practices throughout the business group.
- Provide advice to leaders on people related issues; proactively, coaching, influencing and challenging all people related activity and decisions.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues within your business group.
- In partnership with the HRBP responsible for support, evaluation of survey data, production of communication and facilitation of solutions to address engagement issues.




- Work with leaders to both support and formulate action plans plus provide ongoing feedback on how leaders can improve engagement within their areas.

- Experience in employee relations, legislative frameworks, general HR Policies, workforce planning and management.
- Experience in people monitoring, measurement and metrics and HR principles.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex internal relationships.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with practical delivery.
- Ability to communicate with honesty, respect, authenticity and humility.
