Who are we looking for?

As a Performance Executive, you’ll work alongside a team of experts to help bring campaigns to life; from setup and optimisation to reporting and insights. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and delivering real results for our clients.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Supporting the Performance Manager with campaign updates, insights, and optimisations
- Spotting opportunities to improve campaign performance and add value for clients
- Pulling and centralising data for clear, efficient reporting
- Helping ensure clients are informed, confident, and supported every step of the way

You’re a detail-oriented curious thinker with hands-on experience in digital platforms. You’re proactive, collaborative, and comfortable juggling data, tech and people.

You’ll have:

- 6+ months’ experience in a digital activation, coordinator or analyst role
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g. Meta, Google)
- Experience using ad servers, DSPs or DMPs
- Confidence in managing campaign delivery and supporting client comms
