Bada by Sea Fuel – West End

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Permanent Chef to join our team at our busy all-day café and restaurant in West End.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a menu combining modern Australian café favourites with Asian-inspired and seafood dishes.

The role includes:

- Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
- Following recipes and portion control
- Food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Contributing ideas and working with the team to develop our menu

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a chef in an Australian café or restaurant
- Strong understanding of Australian café and restaurant cuisine




- Good knowledge of local customers' tastes and expectations
- Experience with breakfast and all-day dining
- Solid food preparation and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and positive attitude
- Food Safety Supervisor certification is an advantage
