- Structured onboarding and business planning

- Regular 1:1 mentoring

- Member engagement strategies

- Consultation and follow-up support

- Sales and communication development

- Client service and retention systems

- Ongoing accountability

You'll need to be visible, proactive and comfortable starting conversations with members.

Your role





You'll deliver personalised coaching, create tailored programs and support clients through their fitness journey.

You'll also actively establish your business inside the club.

That means getting to know members, understanding their goals and demonstrating the value you can provide beyond what they can achieve on their own.

The goal is to become one of the trainers members immediately think of when they're ready for skilled help.

What we're looking for

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently studying

- Current First Aid & CPR, or ability to obtain them

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Energy and confidence
- A reliable and professional approach
- The drive to build something of your own
