About the role

Wall’s Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, productive and proactive Dispensary Technician/ Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role will be full-time but we are flexible with the hours for the right candidate.

We are after someone to join our dispensary team and you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists. Additionally, it is important to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. We are a small community pharmacy in the Inner West and we pride ourselves on our quality service and unique products.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing, stock management, and inventory control
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
- Assist with packing medications into dosette packs




- Supporting the efficient operation of the pharmacy by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management
- Actively participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in using relevant computer software and technology
- A proven track record of reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
- Pharmacy experience is necessary. Dispensing experience is preferable.
