We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Phone Sales Officer to join our team in Belmont, WA.

Whether you're an experienced Internal Sales Representative, Customer Service Qualified, Parts Interpreter or someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive aftermarket industry, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert service and support while helping drive branch sales and customer satisfaction. Working closely with customers, account managers and the branch team, you'll ensure enquiries are handled promptly, orders are processed accurately and customers receive the right products at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
- Process customer orders, quotes, invoices and credits accurately
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers with product enquiries and order updates
- Support branch sales activities and identify opportunities to add value
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes
- Assist with stock management, stock counts and replenishment activities
- Support general branch operations when required

Qualifications

- Internal Sales
- Customer Service
- Call Centre or Phone-Based Sales
- Parts Interpreting
- Automotive, Auto Electrical or Mechanical Industries
- Industrial or Trade Product Sales
