About the Role

Progress Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated, client-centered Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team in Ringwood. Located within an active health and fitness facility, our clinic provides evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, post-operative care, and functional exercise programming.

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) offering a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, modern clinical and gym rehabilitation equipment, and ongoing mentoring and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and functional movement screens.
- Formulate, implement, and monitor individualised, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver skilled manual therapy techniques, joint mobilisations, and soft tissue treatments.
- Prescribe targeted exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and progressive home exercise programs using our on-site gym facilities.
- Maintain accurate, timely,



and confidential patient clinical notes in accordance with AHPRA standards and clinic policies.
- Collaborate effectively with referrers, medical practitioners, and our allied health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or an equivalent overseas qualification evaluated by the Australian Physiotherapy Council).
- Current registration (or immediate eligibility for registration / limited supervised practice registration) with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with experience in musculoskeletal assessment and exercise prescription.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solid patient-first ethos.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
