Our Northside pool shopis seeking an experienced and skilled Pool Technician to join our team on a full-time basis as a Senior Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Complete all aspects of pool servicing and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fault finding on pool systems
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Installation of pool equipment
- Educating customers on proper use of pool equipmen
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Diagnostic testing on pool systems

- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in pool service work




- Full Australian working rights and current residence
- Driver's licence with a positive record
- Full manual car licence is required for this position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Professional manner and neat appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to efficiently manage time
