What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, inviting, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You’ll support the Front Office team with a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations. As part of this role, you’ll also:

- Handle luggage and storage for guests
- Valet parking of guest cars
- Facilitate transport services at guest request
- Run general errands for guests and to support hotel operations
- Provide current information about in-house facilities, local events and attractions

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience in a similar role at a premium property (desirable)
- Current full manual Driver’s License is essential
- Tasmanian recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Strong time management, organisation,



and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
