- ASO8 salary range $130,046 - $134,956 p.a. + super
- Based at Regency campus / Kaurna Country

What You’ll Drive The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, optimising investment decisions, portfolio assurance across programs and projects. This role provides strategic oversight, governance, and performance insights to support EPMO staff and management, as well as engaging with multiple stakeholders at various level across TAFE SA to enhance and improve business processes, frameworks, methodologies and/or systems.
The Skills You Bring
- Demonstrated leadership capability to manage competing priorities, guide direct and indirect teams, and influence stakeholders with diverse or competing needs.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate complex matters, and prepare concise reports and briefings.
- Significant experience in portfolio performance, governance and assurance, including advising on complex plans, strategies, policies, procedures and project artefacts.
- Detailed knowledge of portfolio and project management methodologies, with experience implementing frameworks, building effective networks, providing expert advice, resolving complex issues, and supporting performance assessment, evaluation and quality assurance.
What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
