The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Resourcer to join our fast-paced blue-collar recruitment team! Based in Ascot, this full-time, permanent role offers excellent career growth and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced recruitment team, sourcing quality candidates and helping connect great people with exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract suitable candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles
- Conduct candidate screening and initial phone interviews
- Maintain and build a strong pool of reliable candidates
- Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate suitability
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
- Assist recruiters with filling high-volume client job orders
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, availability and shifts
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates
- Assist with employee queries and provide a high level of customer service
- Support the recruitment team with general administration and day-to-day operational tasks
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet recruitment and staffing targets

Requirements





- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, administration or a similar environment is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Computer literate and comfortable using recruitment systems and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team environment
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
