Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist
- Strong understanding of residential lending and property investment structures
- Driven, ambitious, and financially motivated with a self-starting mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude suited to a self-employed environment
- Desire to build a high-income, advisory-driven business
