Who will you be working with?
You’ll join an established claims team that values technical capability, collaboration and quality customer outcomes. The team works closely across assessing, claims and restoration functions, giving you exposure to different areas of the claims lifecycle.
The business is continuing to grow and develop its claims capability, creating opportunities for people who want to build their technical expertise and progress into more senior or complex assessing roles. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to major-event claim volumes when required.

What will you be doing?
• Assessing moderate-severity home and property claims
• Reviewing damage and developing accurate scopes of work
• Assessing repair requirements and validating proposed methodologies
• Preparing clear, detailed reports and claim documentation
• Communicating with customers, builders, restorers and other stakeholders
• Supporting larger claim volumes during major events and uplift periods
What do you need?
• Building, construction or property-related background
• Experience in estimating, project management or a similar white-collar construction role
• Previous insurance or claims experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of building practices, repairs and scopes of work
• Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers
• Strong written skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports
