Internal Account Executive

Key responsibilities:

- Assist a Senior Broker with renewals, endorsements, and general enquiries across a mixed client portfolio
- Liaise with underwriters to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction




- Manage client interactions confidently—both by phone and email—focusing on retention and relationship building
- Contribute to the ongoing development of client relationships and processes

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years’ broking experience, working with, Insight, SCTP, and Officetech platforms
- Proven track record working with commercial clients and complex risks
- Reliable working remotely with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, supporting a senior broker
- Experience supporting claims, renewals, and endorsements in a fast-paced workplace
