- Lead and manage employees alongside the Managing Pharmacist

- Assist with customer service queries
n
- Coordinate staff recruitment
n
- Coordinate staff training and development activities
n
- Ensure organisational policies and procedures are followed
n
- Maintain workplace Occupational Health and Safety
n
- Resolve staffing issues and stock discrepancies
n
- Support and contribute to a cooperative organisational culture

- Work in the pharmacy throughout shifts, including standing for long periods and replenishing stock
