ZEEKR is experiencing incredible growth in Australia, and that momentum is creating new opportunities at ZEEKR South Yarra. We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Product Geniuses to join us.

At the heart of these roles is one of the most important moments in our customers’ journey: the handover of their new ZEEKR.

You’ll have the chance to give every customer the best possible welcome to their recent vehicle, creating a memorable delivery experience and ensuring they drive away feeling confident, excited, and completely at home with their new ZEEKR.

Working hand in hand with our Sales team, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience, combining your enthusiasm, attention to detail and product knowledge to bring ZEEKR’s incredible technology to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver premium vehicle handovers
- Assist with vehicle setup, operation and ZEEKR app pairing
- Explain features and safety systems simply and confidently
- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives




- Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation standards
- Support the Sales team with product enquiries

About You

- Passionate about customer experience, technology and vehicles
- Warm, confident and professional
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Automotive, premium retail or hospitality experience advantageous
- Full driver’s licence
