Actegy Health is looking for an experienced Product Manager – AU & NZ to join our Maroochydore team, responsible for the REVITIVE brand.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role spanning product strategy, brand, consumer insight, digital, media, innovation and commercial performance.

Digital media experience is essential.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager AU & NZ, you'll own the product portfolio from strategy through to execution and measurement.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and executing local product and marketing strategies.

- Identifying new product development and growth opportunities through consumer, market and competitor insights.

- Managing new product launch strategies.

- Building campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand.

- Managing digital, website, media and creative activity, including agencies and external partners.

- Developing POS, collateral and brand assets.

- Driving promotional campaigns from concept to implementation.

- Analysing sales and marketing performance to optimise the marketing mix.





- Managing advertising and promotional budgets with a focus on effectiveness and profitability.

- Working closely with Sales to align marketing and trade activity.

- Ensuring all activity meets relevant quality and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT YOU

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you'll need to be equally comfortable developing the plan and making sure it happens. We are looking for someone with:

- 3–5 years' experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Marketing or a related role.

- Experience managing agencies, creative partners and media activity.

- Digital marketing experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video Advertising, e-commerce and CRM.

- Strong commercial, analytical, project management and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A customer-focused, data-driven approach and a genuine drive to challenge the status quo and get things done.
