Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. Ito support day-to-day manufacturing operations by assisting with product assembly, packing, labelling and preparation for dispatch while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards. This position helps maintain smooth production flow, supports compliance with hygiene and workplace safety procedures, and contributes to the consistent delivery of high-quality nutraceutical and sports supplement products.

Duties

- Assist with product assembly, filling, capping, labelling, packaging and preparation of products for shipment
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with workplace procedures, safety requirements and product schedules
- Follow manufacturing instructions, batch requirements and quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean,



protected and organised production area, including cleaning workstations, tools and equipment as required
- Comply with workplace health and safety, hygiene and food handling procedures at all times
- Report equipment issues product defects, stock shortages or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Support the production team to meet daily output targets while maintaining accuracy, consistency and quality
- Cleaning and sanitising washrooms, amenities, and common areas

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role desirable however on the job training will be provided
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards
- Willing and able to work in a face paced environment
