At Express Promo, we specialise in custom branded merchandise and promotional products for businesses across Australia. Using industry-leading production equipment and modern branding techniques, we produce high-quality products with fast turnaround times for clients nationwide. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our growing production team.

All age and experience levels are eligible to apply and will be considered.

About the Role

This is a hands-on production role focused on operating modern branding and production equipment including:

- State-of-the-art laser engraving machines
- UV printing equipment
- Heat press machinery
- DTF transfer equipment
- Other promotional product production systems

You will be working across a wide variety of branded merchandise including drinkware, apparel, corporate gifts, event products, signage and more. No previous industry experience is required — full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with technology and computer-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment
- Prepare and process production jobs from artwork files and job sheets
- Ensure branding quality and production accuracy
- Warehouse duties included picking and packing stock
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production workflow
- Pack and prepare completed jobs for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised,



and safe workspace
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required
- Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines and express orders

- Experience operating machinery or production equipment
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Experience working with artwork or design files
- Hands-on and technically minded

Hours

Flexible part-time or full-time arrangements available. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with possible occasional Saturday mornings during busy periods (very rare).
