What You'll Be Doing

- Diagnose, repair and test TVs, monitors, soundbars and display panels through the full refurbishment lifecycle.
- Perform specialist TV panel refurbishment in a cleanroom environment, working with LED bars, open cells and COF components.
- Inspect, repair and quality-check products and panels, including ageing tests, packing and final release.
- Manage spare parts, stock and repair requirements while maintaining accurate records and meeting refurbishment targets.
- Track technical performance, report results and work with internal teams to continuously improve repair quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

- Hands-on experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting or refurbishment, ideally across TVs, monitors or AV products.
- Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for electronics.
- Experience working with electronic components, spare parts and technical equipment in a workshop,



warehouse or cleanroom environment.
- A strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to follow technical procedures and standards.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work independently, collaborate with others and identify ways to improve.
