About the role:

You will be working closely with the Frame and Truss Plant Manager to keep Manufacturing Team members motivated and working to the schedule in an effective and safe working manner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising the factory Team
- Managing resources to achieve required production outputs
- Production planning to ensure deliverables to customers are achieved
- Managing Team and accountabilities to deliver on deadlines
- Ensuring safe operating procedure of tools and machinery in the production line
- Coaching manufacturers to achieve their best in their work.




- Ensuring safe workplace for all staff
- Working with the General Manager to solve any immediate issues
- Quality control of all products
- Working as part of a wider team to reach organizational goals.

In addition the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria –

- Knowledge & understanding of the building & construction industry
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills, initiative with a solution-based attitude
- Experience in a similar role for 2 – 4 years.
- Possess the ability to multitask & and prioritize
- The ability to work independently
