Liquid Filling Australia is a contract manufacturing business that fills and packs liquid and powder products for a range of Australian businesses.

We are looking for a reliable and practical person to join our production team.

About the role

You will work as part of a team filling, packing and preparing liquid and powder products.

The work includes setting up production lines, operating filling and packing machines, checking finished products, cleaning equipment and keeping production rooms clean and organised.

This is an active, hands-on role. You must be comfortable standing for most of the day, completing repetitive tasks and helping with cleaning and general factory duties.

Main responsibilities

- Set up production lines and prepare equipment.
- Operate liquid-filling, powder-filling, capping, labelling and packing machines.
- Fill bottles, jars, tubs, tubes, sachets and other packaging.
- Load bottles, caps, labels and other materials onto production lines.
- Check fill levels, caps, labels, batch codes and finished products.
- Pack finished products into cartons.
- Complete production paperwork accurately.
- Report product, quality or machinery problems immediately.
- Help with machine changeovers and adjustments.
- Clean production equipment, utensils and production rooms.
- Keep work areas clean,



protected and organised.
- Follow production, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
- Assist with other production and warehouse tasks when required.

Essential requirements

- Experience working in production, manufacturing, packing or a similar environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions and production paperwork.
- Ability to work safely and follow cleaning and quality procedures.
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physical work.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Willingness to clean equipment and production areas.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Reliable transport to and from work.

Highly desirable experience

- Experience in contract manufacturing, food, personal care, cosmetics, complementary medicine, pet care or chemical products.
- Experience filling liquid or powder products.
- Experience operating liquid-filling or powder-filling machines.
- Experience operating capping, labelling, tube-filling or sachet-packing equipment.
- Experience setting up production lines and completing changeovers.
- Mechanical ability or experience making basic machine adjustments.
- Experience working with batch numbers, production records and quality checks.
- Forklift licence.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
