MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- De-cluttering, organising, cleaning, re-arranging, styling, move management & project management

- Listening, coaching & emotional support

- Assisting clients to select storage solutions, furniture and furnishings

- Lifting, packing and limited relevant cleaning

- Support with household waste management for unwanted items including delivering items to op-shops and rubbish removal

- Move support including packing, unpacking and coordinating other services

- Support clients to complete tasks with respect to their physical and psycho-social disabilities with care and respect

- Maintain a secure workspace, and abide by good workplace health and safety practices

- Ensure services provided are in alignment with the client’s goals and are relevant to improving the home environment

- Complete all tasks according to their skills, knowledge and expertise and in accordance with training, policies and procedures

- Delivering donations to local charity shops

- Taking rubbish to tip

- Managing your own diary

- Recording session notes
