In this role, you'll:
Join a high-performing team delivering impactful Early Careers programs, including Cadet, Scholar and VET programs. You'll coordinate key program activities across the participant lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions, rotations and ongoing program administration.
Working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders, you'll manage participant communications, maintain program records and reporting, coordinate placement activities, and ensure milestones and program requirements are met. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and help deliver an outstanding participant experience across all programs.
Success in this role will come from your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role operates under our hybrid working model, with team collaboration currently taking place on Mondays at Macquarie Park and Wednesdays in Sydney CBD. Occasional site visits may be required.

About you A highly organised and proactive coordinator with excellent administration and stakeholder management skills.

You're a strong communicator who builds effective relationships, takes ownership of your work, and is committed to delivering a positive experience for participants and stakeholders.
Experience supporting Early Careers, talent, HR, recruitment or learning programs will be highly regarded, along with experience managing communications, reporting, databases and stakeholder coordination.
