About the Role

We are seeking an experienced program-focused Test Manager role, responsible for leading and coordinating testing activities for the Claims Platform Transformation Program The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the program testing function, defining testing strategies, coordinating multi-stream testing activities, managing stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring quality outcomes across the program lifecycle.

This is a leadership role requiring strong testing governance, program delivery experience, and the ability to operate within complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

- Develop and maintain the overall program test strategy and integrated test plan.
- Establish the testing operating model, governance framework, and quality management processes.
- Define testing scope, objectives, schedules, resources, environments, and dependencies.
- Coordinate test environment and test data management activities.
- Align testing activities with enterprise quality standards and delivery methodologies.

Test Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
- Manage System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Verification activities.
- Coordinate testing across platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and integration services.
- Oversee defect management, prioritization, triage,



and resolution processes.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, test scenarios, and test outcomes.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with delivery partners, vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide testing leadership across distributed and multi-vendor delivery teams.
- Facilitate test planning workshops, defect triage meetings, and quality reviews.
- Support business stakeholders throughout UAT and readiness activities.

Quality Assurance & Governance
- Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and governance forums.
- Conduct quality assessments and readiness reviews.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks and issues.
- Support release and deployment decision-making through objective quality reporting.

Non-Functional Testing Oversight
- Coordinate Performance, Load, Stress, Security, Accessibility, and Operational Resilience testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Validate production readiness and operational support requirements.

Release & Go-Live Support
- Manage test exit criteria and quality gates.




- Provide go/no-go recommendations based on testing outcomes.
- Support cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-production verification.
- Oversee hyper care and early-life support quality activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

- Proven experience as a Test Manager leading testing functions for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Robust experience developing and executing enterprise-level testing strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated experience managing System Testing, SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, and Release Testing.
- Extensive experience working within complex application and integration landscapes.
- Experience managing testing activities across multiple vendors and delivery partners.
- Strong understanding of test governance, reporting, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide executive-level reporting and presentations.

Desired
- Experience delivering cloud platform implementations and digital transformation programs.
- Experience within regulated or highly governed environments.
- Exposure to insurance, claims, financial services, government, or enterprise business system implementations.
- Knowledge of modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
- Certified Agile Tester
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
