What you’ll do

- Plan and deliver project activities, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Lead change management activities, including communications, training and adoption support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks,



resolve issues and drive decision making.
- Support the implementation of HR technology and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes

What you’ll bring

- Experience delivering systems initiatives (experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded)
- Experience with change management activities
- Experience working across business and technology teams
- Significant exposure to People and Culture processes and activities or preferably background in HR
- Ability to operate within a structured project governance while also working with ambiguity and changing environments
