Our Perth-based team works across office, education, health, aged care, defence and transport, delivering projects that range from minor works through to complex, large-scale developments.
You’ll play a key role in: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the safe, profitable and timely delivery of projects across our diverse WA portfolio. Working alongside experienced Project and Site Managers, you’ll help coordinate project activity, documentation, commercial administration and site delivery across sectors including commercial, education, health, aged care, defence and transport.
- Support Site Managers with site safety signage, inductions, observations, defect management and reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, including work sequencing and quality monitoring
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier invoices, cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Support project programming, variations and subcontract administration
- Manage RFIs, meeting minutes, drawing registers and project documentation
- Maintain project records across payment claims, risk, contract, quality and defects close-out
What you’ll bring: You’re organised, proactive and ready to build your project delivery capability in a fast-paced construction environment. You’ll bring sound technical foundations, a sharp eye for detail and a team-oriented approach that helps keep projects moving safely and smoothly.
- A building-related degree or diploma, current study, or trade background
- Understanding of contemporary building practices
- Basic knowledge of head contracts and subcontracts
- Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Project; experience with JOBPAC and Procore is valued
- A respectful, open and accountable approach to working with clients, subcontractors and colleagues
- A positive, safety-first mindset and genuine commitment to continuous learning
