About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with Supervisors, Site Engineers and Project Administrators, you will be responsible for managing the engineering, planning, commercial and quality aspects of your allocated project scope.

You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Planning and coordinating project activities and resources
- Developing and maintaining short and medium-term construction programs
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities
- Monitoring costs, productivity and project performance
- Managing quality assurance documentation and compliance requirements
- Supporting health, safety and environmental initiatives across projects
- Liaising with clients, authorities, utility providers and key stakeholders
- Reviewing project documentation and resolving technical issues
- Assisting with project forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting and monthly financial reviews
- Supporting tendering, methodology development and project planning activities

About you





- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in civil construction
- Strong understanding of project delivery, construction methodologies and contract administration
- Experience managing subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
- Sound commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Current driver's licence
