The Company Our client is a leading infrastructure and services group with a number of high-performing operating assets and project companies. They have seen impressive growth across the business and have some interesting projects and acquisitions in the pipeline over the coming 12 months. Furthermore, they have a high performing team and offer continual learning and development opportunities to their staff.

The Role

Due to their recent growth, a newly created Project Accountant role has arisen. You will report into the Head of Finance and have the following responsibilities:

- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements for project entities and subsidiaries
- Monthly management and shareholder reporting with variance analysis and commentaries
- Cash flow management and liquidity monitoring
- Liaison with various stakeholders including finance teams, project teams,



joint venture partners and external auditors
- Tax compliance – BAS, GST, payroll tax and income tax
- Fixed asset register management and reconciliations
- Expense system administration and internal control over financial reporting

About You

- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Management Accounting or Project Accounting based environment
- Experience working in Industrial Services, Manufacturing or Infrastructure Projects
- Experience with SAP or a comparable Tier 1 ERP will be held in high regard
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail, motivated and curious
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
