- Initial contract 02/10/2026 to 03/03/2027 with possible extension paying approx. $886/day
- Brisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week
- BA/PM with minimum 7+ years’ experience in large scale environments ideally within Cyber Security Projects

Our client, a large complex Queensland Government Department, are currently seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst within the Digital MarketPlace Keeper Privileged Access Management project team. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day delivery coordination and business analysis for the production implementation of Keeper PAM. This role combines practical project management with requirements and process analysis. You will establish and maintain the integrated project plan, governance, budget, risks, issues and dependencies while also documenting requirements, acceptance criteria, operational processes and readiness activities. The role requires experience coordinating complex cyber security, identity or infrastructure delivery across multiple specialist teams.

You will work with technical staff without replacing their platform accountability and will drive actions, decisions, testing and handover through to production acceptance. You will work alongside Linux, Microsoft identity and Windows, SQL, networking and F5, Security, Splunk, storage, Architecture and Service Operations teams as well as Keeper Security and Cyber Security Unit.

Roles and responsiblities include:

- Demonstrated experience managing ICT infrastructure, identity, cyber security or enterprise platform implementations through to production acceptance.
- Demonstrated business analysis experience including requirements elicitation, process analysis, acceptance criteria, traceability, testing support and operational readiness.
- Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, dependencies, risks,



issues, actions and governance in a multi-team workplace.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with technical teams, vendors, governance stakeholders and senior leaders and remain responsive to project and customer needs.
- Demonstrate experience operating in accordance with organisational governance, financial, procurement, security and change processes and taking responsibility for accurate project evidence and reporting.
- Communicate with influence by clearly and proactively translating between business, operational, security and highly technical stakeholders and driving decisions to closure.

Experience required:

- Relevant project management and business analysis certifications are highly regarded.
- Minimum 7+ years experience in large scale environments.

To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge and experience in the following technologies:

- Project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, RAID management, governance, decision and action management in enterprise ICT projects.
- Business analysis techniques covering requirements elicitation, process mapping, acceptance criteria, traceability, testing and operational readiness.
- Experience coordinating cyber security, privileged access management, identity and access management or Essential Eight control implementation.
- Experience coordinating vendor delivery, procurement and licensing activities within a controlled enterprise environment.




- Experience preparing concise executive, assurance, milestone and financial reporting supported by evidence of delivery status and exceptions.
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and identity concepts including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, networking and high availability.
- Experience coordinating production implementation, change, testing, operational acceptance, training, knowledge transfer and BAU handover.
- Experience with Keeper PAM or another privileged access management platform would be advantageous.
