Our client is an established South Australian building contractor with a robust reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects and building long-term relationships with its clients.

With a growing pipeline of technically challenging Design & Construct projects valued between $30M and $50M, the business is entering an exciting new phase and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team.

This is a role for someone who wants more than responsibility for a project. You will have the opportunity to lead, influence and contribute, working closely with senior leadership while playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from award through to successful completion, leading the delivery team and working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.





Your responsibilities will include

- Managing projects from award through to completion
- Leading client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
- Overseeing procurement, programming and contract administration
- Driving project performance across cost, quality, safety and time
- Identifying and resolving complex construction and delivery challenges
- Providing leadership and direction to project teams
- Maintaining strong commercial and contractual outcomes
- Building trusted relationships that contribute to repeat business and long-term partnerships

You will bring

- Proven Project Management experience within a commercial building contractor
- A background in Project Management, Project Engineering or Contract Administration
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Experience delivering complex construction projects
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
