Project Team Lead (Mechanical) About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Team Lead (Mechanical) to coordinate and deliver mechanical projects across the full project lifecycle on site in Pinjarra .
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead project delivery activities from tender and procurement through to fabrication, installation, construction and testing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling and delivery activities to ensure safe, efficient and successful project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost controls while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors and suppliers to support project execution requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to site teams, clients and project stakeholders.
- Drive quality, compliance and safety outcomes throughout all stages of project delivery.
About You
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent industry qualification and experience.
- Extensive experience delivering mechanical projects within construction, resources, energy, oil & gas or heavy industry environments.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience guiding project teams and contractors.
- Strong project planning, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement outcomes.
