We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Support Officer to join our client, a well-established organisation working across the Gold Coast primary healthcare sector. Our client plays an important role in strengthening the local health system, working collaboratively with healthcare providers and community stakeholders to improve coordination of care, increase the effectiveness of primary care services and support better health outcomes across the Gold Coast.
This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP through to 18 December, working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, based in Robina.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative program and project team, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to keep projects organised, on track and moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day project activities, scheduling and organising meetings, maintaining project records and registers, preparing agendas and documenting actions, assisting with reports and correspondence, updating project schedules and tracking key deliverables.
You'll also assist with presentations and other supporting project documentation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps things organised,
follows up actions, manages competing priorities and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
About You
You'll be an experienced administrator or project support professional who is confident working in a busy setting with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Strong administration and project coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
- High-level computer skills, including proficiency across Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive
- A professional, adaptable approach and a willingness to jump in and support the team where required.
