Celsius Property Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our Property Management team. Based in our new, modern office in Subiaco, this is a great opportunity to join an established independent property group with a friendly team, strong systems and a genuine focus on providing a high level of service to our clients.

Our Property Management division operates within a structured team environment designed to give our Property Managers the support they need to manage their portfolios effectively, maintain strong client relationships and enjoy a sustainable work/life balance.

You will manage an established residential portfolio of approximately 100-120 properties, predominantly located within 20-30km of the Perth CBD.

For the right candidate, the role can be structured across four or five days per week.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of a residential property portfolio
- Regular communication with landlords and tenants
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management and tribunal representation where required
- Final inspections and reviewing Property Condition Reports
- Lease preparation and sign-ups
- Ensuring compliance with WA legislation and industry best practice

The Support Around You We know that good Property Management relies on having the right support in place. Our Property Managers work alongside:

- Leasing & Inspections Coordinator – assisting with routine inspections and home opens
- Virtual Assistant – providing workflow and administrative support




- Dedicated Trust Account Manager – meaning no trust accounting for Property Managers
- Outsourced initial Property Condition Reports

This structure allows our Property Managers to spend more time managing their portfolio and building strong client relationships, rather than being overloaded with administration. Saturday home opens are shared across the team and kept to a minimum.

you will have:

- Current Property Management Registration in Western Australia
- Current WA Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle available for work purposes
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in residential property management, including experience independently managing a portfolio
- Good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and relevant WA real estate legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Confidence using property management systems and technology
- A positive, collaborative and team-focused attitude
