The Role

As a Property Investment Manager, you'll take ownership of a mature portfolio, with a strong focus on client relationships, retention and portfolio performance. You'll be supported by our administration, leasing and inspections teams, giving you more time to focus on your clients and proactively manage your portfolio.

We're looking for someone who knows their portfolio, builds genuine relationships with their clients and takes pride in delivering great property management.

What You'll Do

- Build strong, long-term relationships with rental providers
- Manage arrears, maintenance, compliance, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee ingoing, routine and exit inspections to ensure a consistently high standard
- Resolve disputes confidently, including VCAT and Consumer Affairs matters where required
- Contribute to client retention,



portfolio growth and team performance
- Work towards individual and team KPIs, including the opportunity to qualify for LJ Hooker Captains Club

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
- Robust client relationship and retention skills
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confidence using property management software and technology
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
- Someone who wants to contribute to a high-performing team

A company vehicle may be available as part of the package for the right candidate.
