Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Property

Manager oversees a portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with local regulations, and ready for guest stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cleaning and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections, and managing inventories and supplies. The role also involves handling guest communications,



resolving issues in a timely manner, and supporting smooth check-in and check-out processes.

The Property

Manager works closely with owners and internal teams to improve occupancy rates, enhance guest experiences, and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Strong management skills, including maintenance coordination, scheduling, and oversight of contractors and service providers.
- Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals, with a focus on guest relations, issue resolution, and service excellence.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, property owners, and internal teams.
