The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Property Analyst to work closely with the Fund Manager, assisting in the management, analysis and reporting of the group's portfolio to capital partners and directors.

This role will also assist in managing and analysing the overall performance and risk of the wider group's property holdings and business operations. The role requires interaction with a range of stakeholders both internal and external to the business and provides exposure to the full spectrum of core real estate asset classes.

Responsibilities

- Assist in analysis and reporting of investment fund performance.
- Assist in preparation and management of budgets and cashflow for investment funds.
- Preparing information for external valuations and liaising with valuers, plus preparation of internal valuations.
- Monthly portfolio and business operation reporting.
- Assisting with the statutory valuation review process.
- Ad-hoc financial modelling of acquisitions, divestments, developments, lease deals and market analysis.
- Day to day administration,



including management of new and renewed leases, responding to requests by JV partners, and compliance and governance requirements.
- Maintenance of the leasing and tenant database.
- Maintenance of the sales database.
- Ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks as directed.

About You

- Strong financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills, with experience in budgeting and business planning.
- Strong communication and report writing skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid organisational, problem solving and interpretation skills, with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Experience in property valuation (analyst-level experience is sufficient) and a demonstrable passion for commercial real estate.
- 3 – 5 years' experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in property, finance, commerce or a related discipline.
