Primary objective

Provide comprehensive, confidential, administrative support to the Infrastructure and Facilities team, to ensure a responsive, high quality, safe and cost-effective management of NT Health owned and leased assets.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Provide a high level of administrative support to the Infrastructure and Facilities team.
2. Liaise with NT Property Management on lease conditions and services related to tenant responsibility.
3. Maintaining appropriate administrative systems, registers, processes, databases and record management ensuring effective

and efficient workflows within the unit.
- Managing a range of procurement functions including processing payment transactions.

Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship with internal and external service providers through timely liaison,

problem resolution and customer service.
1. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken

in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

Selection criteria

Essential

1. Experience providing administrative support and a proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

within a team environment.
1. Demonstrated ability to understand the application of leases and service agreements and how they apply to property

management and/or facilities and building asset management.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) and record management systems with a willingness to adopt new technology.

1. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people with diverse

cultures.
1. Prior experience operating in a fast-paced environment with robust organisational and time management skills with the

flexibility to handle changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
1. Proven ability to develop, maintain and provide advice on procedures for administrative processes such as procurement,

infrastructure and facilities management.

Desirable

1. Knowledge and understanding of government and departmental processes or ability to gain.
