Join our friendly team as a Property Services Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis! You will be responsiblefor provision of coordination and cooperation within the Property Services Team to provide an optimal service to clients.

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Services Coordinator to join our Property Services team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a key coordination and leadership role, supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of property, maintenance and infrastructure services across a large 700-bed private hospital in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help coordinate a large, multi-disciplinary maintenance team while balancing urgent breakdowns, planned maintenance activity, contractor works, safety requirements and day-to-day operational requests in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a practical, organised and tech-savvy maintenance leader who can keep multiple priorities moving, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders and translate complex technical issues into simple, easy-to-understand updates.

About You:

You are a calm, capable and people-focused maintenance leader who enjoys variety, challenge and responsibility. Known for your clear communication style, practical judgement and strong organisational skills, you thrive in dynamic environments and are confident managing competing priorities.

You will be comfortable working in a busy hospital environment where maintaining momentum requires strong follow-up,



sound decision-making and the ability to juggle urgent breakdowns alongside preventative maintenance, contractor activity and operational requests.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- A relevant trade qualification.
- Experience supervising or coordinating a maintenance function within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience leading teams, coordinating workgroups, supporting change and contributing to large projects.
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and regulations associated with maintaining a private hospital facility.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in straightforward, practical language.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning multiple systems, including spreadsheets, procurement systems, health and safety databases, risk databases, recruitment portals and invoice approval portals.
- Experience in a healthcare, hospital or similarly complex 24/7 operational environment will be highly regarded.
- Project management or project coordination experience will be highly regarded

Additional Information
