Oz Combined Realty is looking for the right person to join our Property Management team at our Sanctuary Point office.

Established in 1989, Oz Combined Realty is a locally family owned and operated agency with a strong presence throughout the Bay & Basin area. Our business is built around long-term relationships, local knowledge and providing a high standard of service to our landlords and tenants.

About the Role

You will join an established Property Management team and be supported by experienced staff, systems and processes. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Monitoring rental arrears
- Preparing properties for new tenancies
- Liaising with tradespeople and contractors
- Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
- Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management and administration team
- Have or be willing to have a certificate of registration
- Current drivers licence

Who We're Looking For

Property management experience would be highly regarded, particularly if you're looking for a role where you can continue developing your skills and progressing your career. However,



we're also interested in hearing from people with strong transferable skills who have the right attitude and are genuinely interested in building a long term career in Property Management.

You may currently work in real estate, administration, customer service, retail, banking, insurance or another fast-paced client-focused environment.
