Are you practical, organised and interested in technology?

Netstar Australia is looking for a Hardware Provisioning & Fulfilment Specialist to join our Operations team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology, hardware operations, inventory or supply chain.

You will help configure and prepare our GPS and telematics hardware for customers, ensure orders are packed and dispatched accurately, and support the management of stock and returned products.

No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-focused and keen to learn.

What you’ll be doing

- Pick, configure, pack and dispatch hardware products and accessories for new and existing customers.
- Provision devices accurately so they are ready for customer installation and use.
- Receive, sort and process incoming inventory and returned products.
- Assist with product inspections, testing, fault identification and basic repairs.
- Maintain accurate stock quantities and bin locations.
- Assist with regular stocktakes and investigation of stock discrepancies.
- Record inventory movements and other transactions accurately in our ERP system.
- Review backorders and stock reports and help follow up outstanding items.
- Assist with maintaining product configuration guides, process documents and circuit diagrams.
- Identify opportunities to improve provisioning, fulfilment and inventory processes.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Customer Experience, Field Services and Project Management teams.

About you You do not need extensive experience to be successful in this role. You may be a recent school or TAFE graduate, or someone looking to move into a practical technology and operations position.

You will ideally have

- An HSC, equivalent secondary qualification or relevant vocational qualification.




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
- A practical, hands-on approach and an interest in hardware, electronics or technology.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and identifying faults.
- Confidence using computers and learning new business systems.
- The ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with others.
- A reliable, skilled and adaptable approach.
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical and operational skills.

Previous exposure to stock control, order fulfilment, ERP or CRM systems, electronics or product testing would be helpful, but is not essential. What we offer
