Job Description

Avon Community Services in Western Australia seeks a Practice Lead to work closely with the CEO, providing expert practice oversight, clinical supervision and line management to a team of youth workers and residential staff across four regional locations.

You will lead trauma-informed, culturally secure practice, supervise complex cases, monitor risk, and embed a new data capture system, with monthly site visits to Merredin, Moora and Narrogin.
